A 66-year-old female presents for routine laboratory screening in preparation for her upcoming annual wellness exam. She did not see the nurse practitioner at the time of the lab draw, as her wellness visit was scheduled for the following week. Annual screening labs obtained included a CMP, CBC, lipid panel, and TSH.
