C.M. is a 45-year-old male presenting for an annual wellness exam with no specific complaints. Review of systems is otherwise benign except for reported dizziness. His history is notable only for seasonal allergies. Routine annual labs (CBC, CMP, lipid panel, and TSH) were drawn. He has no significant medical or surgical history and takes no prescription medications, using only OTC allergy medications without need for refills.
