Medication Induced Neutropenia

R.R. is a 62-year-old White male established patient seen for HIV follow-up and new left shoulder pain. He was diagnosed in 2008, remains virally suppressed, and reports perfect adherence to Biktarvy® with no systemic complaints. His shoulder pain began ~3 weeks ago after heavy lifting, is sharp/stabbing with occasional radiation down the arm, and he points to the area near the acromion; there is no reported swelling or warmth. Ibuprofen and ice help, he has not tried PT, and he denies chest pain or shortness of breath.
