L.B. is a 59-year-old White female established patient seen in follow-up for IgG deficiency diagnosed about 9 years ago after a history of recurrent, cyclical respiratory infections (pneumonia, sinusitis, and bronchitis) and formal evaluation by an allergist. She reports feeling well today with no systemic complaints and notes she has been less frequently ill in recent years compared with before her diagnosis. She is requesting refills/continuation orders for her immunoglobulin therapy, Hyqvia.
