HIV Diagnosis 30 Years Ago

J.C. is a 64-year-old Black male seen for routine HIV follow-up. He reports being diagnosed more than 30 years ago after hospitalization with AIDS and Pneumocystis pneumonia (PJP/PCP). He takes Triumeq (abacavir/dolutegravir/lamivudine) daily with excellent adherence, no missed doses, and no side effects. He feels well today and has no complaints.
