Frail Elderly Female with UTI & Bowel Obstruction

Grace is a 95-year-old female presenting to the ED with 48 hours of severe (8/10), intermittent, cramping lower abdominal pain without radiation, accompanied by two episodes of emesis, hard pellet-like stools, and chronic increased urinary frequency. She denies fever, nausea currently, weight changes, or fatigue. Notably, pain was transiently relieved by coffee. She is HOH with hearing aids and wears corrective lenses.
