Marie is a 60-year-old female presenting for routine well-visit, denying acute complaints but endorsing 3 weeks of constant fatigue and intermittent generalized weakness (attributed to post-vacation activity), increased urinary frequency over the past few months without dysuria or hematuria, and occasional need to rest before activities. PMH: hypertension, hyperlipidemia, cholecystitis (remote). Current meds: lisinopril 20 mg, atorvastatin 40 mg, multivitamin. NKDA.
