I completed my course. Where is my certificate?

Click Sign In located in the upper right-hand corner

Click on My Courses located within the top menu bar. Your course will show either Failed or Survey Required.

If your Course shows Survey Required, you must complete the course survey within the allotted time you are provided (see below). Click on Survey Required, then click on Take Online Survey, complete the survey, and Click Submit

Your certificate will immediately be placed into the Certificates option within the top menu bar. Click on Certificates, then the 3 dots of the Course Certificate you wish to access. You will then have the option to Download, View Certificate, or Email.

  • If your NP Certification Review Course shows Survey Required, you are provided 180 days from the scheduled date of the course to complete the course survey. No extension will be granted.
  • If your NP CE Course shows Survey Required, you are provided 30 days from the scheduled date of the course to complete the course survey. No extension will be granted.

NOTE: 


If your In-Person NP CE or NP Certification Review Course shows Failed, you will need to contact Customer Service. In-Person Courses require sign-in every day. If a sign-in is missed one of the days, the class will be marked as Failed. To be marked Completed and have access to the Course Survey, sign-in (every day) and full attendance is required. 

If your Livestream NP CE or NP Certification Review Course shows Failed, you will need to contact Customer Service. Livestream Courses require signing in every day using the email address and name associated with your account. If a sign-in is missed one of the days, the class will be marked as Failed. To be marked Completed and have access to the Course Survey, full attendance is required by logging into the livestream with your email associated with your account.  

If you call into the Livestream NP CE or Livestream NP Certification Review or log in with an email address not associated with your account, your class will be marked as Failed. Please contact Customer Service to verify your attendance and provide the phone number and/or email address of which you called into the livestream class.
