H.M. is a 40-year-old Black male seen for routine HIV follow-up and is without complaints. He was diagnosed with HIV over 10 years ago during routine screening and was asymptomatic at the time. He reports excellent adherence to daily Biktarvy with no missed doses or side effects and states he feels well today. He primarily has questions about doxycycline post-exposure prophylaxis after seeing it advertised on social media.
