Mary is an 84-year-old female presenting to the ED with her son after her third syncopal episode in the past few weeks, occurring without prodromal chest pain, palpitations, dyspnea, or dizziness. She has been traveling extensively and attributes the episodes to fatigue. Additional complaints include generalized fatigue and left foot pain; no injuries sustained. PMH: T2DM, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, anxiety. Prior episodes went unevaluated.
