: Orders placed prior to 12 pm EST M-F will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12 pm EST M-F will be shipped the next Business Day. Replacement of Defective Products/Products Damaged During Shipping
Products damaged during shipping or that are defective will be replaced at no charge if reported by the customer within two weeks from the shipping date. Please note MP3s have a 5 month warranty from the ship date.
Refunds cannot be issued for purchases older than 6 months from the initial order date. When appropriate, Fitzgerald will issue credits and can make other accommodations, such as transferring to another program.
Refunds for Returned Physical Products
A refund will be issued for the cost of all physical products returned in saleable condition within two weeks from the shipping date and accompanied by a request for refund stating the reason for the return. The seal on recorded products must remain intact to be eligible for refund. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
All requests must be received in writing and signed by the registrant.
Requests Received Eight weeks or More Prior to the Start Date of a Live Seminar
Fitzgerald will refund the full amount of the registration fee or allow a transfer on a space available basis to any other date/location. No fees will be charged.
Requests Received Less than Eight Weeks Prior to the Start Date of a Live Seminar
Fitzgerald will transfer the registration to the online version of the same course. A processing fee of $25 may apply. No refunds will be issued.
No Show/Missed Time at Live Seminars
Upon customer request within five business days of the last day of the live seminar, FHEA will schedule the customer for the online version of those live seminar portions not attended. A processing fee of $25 may apply. No refunds will be issued.
ACCESS TO ONLINE PRODUCTS
We recommend the latest version Firefox, Internet Explorer or Chrome to view lectures and take assessments. You will have 180 days (approximately 6 months) from your registration date to complete your Online Content. Within 180 days, you will have a total of 4 attempts of access for each lecture, 2 attempts for tests, 1 attempt for evaluations, and unlimited attempts for handouts. IMPORTANT: Please note that partial Contact Hours will not be granted for Online Programs. All contact hours will be granted upon fully completing the Programs.

It is the customer’s responsibility to not use the CH for a product more than once in a licensing/renewal term.
