Dr. Wendy Wright is here to give NPs all the tools needed to address the most prevalent conditions seen in clinical environments, including obesity, diabetes, fibromyalgia, insomnia, bowel disorders, and infectious disease. As a nurse practitioner, it is imperative to practice safe prescribing, and this session will cover considerations that keep providers and patients safe. Build an airtight defense against malpractice, understand the implications of controlled substance use and abuse, and learn about lesser-known interactions between certain medications.
