This seminar provides a foundational understanding of aesthetics medicine, covering its historical development and evolution to the latest trends shaping the practice. Attendees will gain a solid understanding of aesthetics medicine, understanding the key differences compared to traditional medicine and the expectations and return on investment associated with the aesthetics practice. The seminar also offers educational recommendations, outlines scopes of practice and compliance, delves into the psychology of an aesthetic patient, and includes a basic anatomy review.
Additionally, the seminar will include an introductory overview of the aesthetic consultation procedure, covering various aspects such as aesthetic injectables, PDO threads, aesthetic facial and skin procedures, and aesthetic body procedures. Participants will develop a thorough understanding of facial anatomy and assessment, receive specific instructions for navigating insurance, and learn how to acquire the most efficacious products on the market. This curriculum highlights the importance of detailed screening methods, and outlines procedures for the navigation of body dysmorphia in patients.
