Continuing Contact Hours / Continuing Education Credits Nurse Practitioners Approximately 22 CEU credits will be offered through the Utah Nurses Association. NP's and PA's should only claim those hours actually spent participating in the CME activity. This program is not yet approved for a CME credit. Conference organizers plan to request 20 hours of AAPA Category 1 CME from the Physician Assistant Review Panel. Total number of approved credits yet to be determined.

Payment

Payment in full must accompany registration. On-line registration accepts AMEX, Discover, MC, and Visa. To pay by check payable to FHEA, go to the registration page, make the choices indicated, print the registration page and mail it along with your check to FHEA, 85 Flagship Dr., N. Andover, MA 01845. Include, name, address, phone and e-mail address.

Tuition Deposit Refund Policy

A $35. fee will be retained for cancellations in writing received on or before July 27, 2010. No refunds after that date.

Location

The sessions will be held at the Main Tram Building, Cottonwood Room, with Exhibits in the Rendezvouse Room. Signs will direct you to the conference registraon desk and meeting rooms.

Lodging Reservations


A block of rooms have been reserved at the Lodge at Snowbird ($94.00 plus $6.00 resort fee and taxes) and at the Cliff Lodge ($99.00 plus $12.00 resort fee and taxes). Reservations should be booked before July 15, 2010.

Day Care

The Snowbird Children's Center provides a great Summar Day Camp opportunity for children age 3 (and toilet trained) to 12 years of age.

Weather


Snowbird is warm in the daytime and cool in the evenings. Dress is casual for this mountain resort.

Activities

The resort offers 5 tennis courts, rock climbing, mountain biking and hiking.

Transportation from Salt Lake International Airport to Snowbird must be arranged individually.
